About the Author

Jay Trucker is an English Professor in Baltimore, MD. He has taught at community colleges in the Mid-Atlantic for over 20 years. With a B.A. in English from Ursinus College, an M.A. in English Literature from the University of Delaware, and a Ph.D. in Language, Literacy, and Culture from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, Jay developed this website to help students learn about modern information systems, credibility, and social change.
